These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Dog Boarding Round Rock ("we", "us", "our"), located at 16805 Radholme Ct, Round Rock, TX 78664. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
We provide cage-free dog daycare and overnight dog boarding services. We do not offer veterinary care, grooming, training, or transportation.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, your dog must:
- Be at least 4 months old
- Be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age (behavioral requirement for group play)
- Be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations (Canine Influenza recommended)
- Be free of contagious illness, fleas, and ticks at the time of drop-off
- Successfully complete a complimentary trial day evaluation
We reserve the right to decline service to any dog whose behavior or health makes group play unsafe for staff, other dogs, or themselves.
3. Booking, Drop-Off, and Pickup
All bookings are subject to availability. We honor our posted drop-off and pickup hours strictly to maintain a consistent rest schedule for the dogs in our care. Dogs not collected by the close of pickup hours will be provided overnight boarding at our standard rate.
4. Health, Medication, and Emergencies
You authorize us to administer routine oral and topical medications that you provide with written instructions. In a medical emergency, you authorize us to transport your dog to your designated veterinarian or, if unavailable, to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic. You are responsible for all veterinary costs related to your dog's care while in our facility.
5. Vaccinations and Health Records
You must provide proof of current vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian prior to your dog's first stay. We will not accept dogs without current records.
6. Daycare Packages, Refunds, and Cancellations
All daycare packages are fully refundable for unused days at any time, never expire, and may be transferred to another pet or person. Boarding reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice during non-holiday weeks may be subject to a one-night charge to cover reserved capacity. Holiday-week boarding cancellations require 7 days notice.
7. Behavior and Removal Policy
Dogs displaying aggressive behavior toward other dogs or staff will be separated, evaluated, and may be required to leave the facility. Repeat incidents will result in permanent removal from group play. Refunds for unused services in these cases follow our standard refund policy.
8. Personal Property
You may bring one familiar item (a blanket or toy) with your dog. We are not responsible for items that become damaged, lost, or chewed during your dog's stay. We recommend leaving valuable bedding at home.
9. Liability
Group play involves inherent risks, including minor scratches, scrapes, or interactions typical of social dogs. By using our services, you accept these inherent risks. Our liability is limited to documented negligence on our part and shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific stay in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Texas law.
10. Photographs and Webcams
Our facility uses webcams in the play areas that are accessible to clients. By using our services you consent to your dog appearing on these webcams and in photos we may post on our social media and marketing materials. If you do not consent to your dog appearing in marketing materials, notify us in writing at the time of booking.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
